In Unanimous Decision Taylor Wins Appeal Against Mosaic Place

In a unanimous decision the Saskatchewan Court of Appeals has re-instated a wrongful dismissal case filed against Mosaic Place dating back to 2013 in “the interests of justice.”

The case, if it goes to trial, will likely see the facility’s former CEO Scott Clark come to the witness stand to testify about the facility’s operations prior to the release of the KPMG Report and the DFFH Financial Scandal.
