U15 A Carpet One Mavericks Take Game One

The Moose Jaw U15 A Mavericks are just one win away from the southern championship of the Saskatchewan Female Hockey League (SFHL) after defeating the South Sask Renegades 5 - 3 on Wednesday evening.

The Mavericks now play at home in game two of the best of three series on Saturday evening. The game is at the Kinsmen Arena with puck drop at 6:15 pm.

A win would not only make the Mavericks SFHL southern champions but earn them a birth in the best of three provincial final against a still to be named opponent.
