Canucks U18 AA Come From Behind Against St Albert
The Moose Jaw Canucks U18 AA managed to pull out another victory on Sunday morning at the Quinn Stevenson Memorial Baseball Tournament in Saskatoon.
The Canucks would take the lead late in the game on route to a 4 - 2 victory over top of the St Albert Cardinals.
The two teams were tied 2 - 2 until the bottom of the fifth when Tryton Legare hit a single scoring two runs.
Moose Jaw pitcher Ryder Hicks pitched for six and one - third innings allowing six hits but zero runs.
Hicks also gave up two walks.
Jesse Lesperance stole home in the bottom of the fourth to tie the game.
Moose Jaw standouts were Tryton Legare who 1 - 2 at the plate hitting in two runs and Riley Cushway was 2 - 2.
The Canucks next game is Thursday in Regina where they take on the Buffalos.
