Grizzlies Edge Falcons In Consolation Game

It was a real nail biter as the Sunningdale Grizzlies took on the Cornerstone Christian Falcons at the Moose Jaw Invitational Basketball Tournament on Saturday afternoon.

It was a game that in the last minutes saw the teams alternate who had the lead.

With eight seconds left the Grizzlies would hold a three point lead as the Falcons called a timeout.

Once play restarted the Falcons would get the ball and a player would get a pass and then step backwards to the field goal range and take a shot that just went off the rim.

The Falcons just failed to tie the game up as the Grizzlies went on to win 38 - 35 at the buzzer.
