U17 Mustangs Capture Tournament Championship
The Moose Jaw U17 Mustangs had a great weekend in Calgary managing to capture the gold medals in the prestigious Canada Day Tournament.
The Mustangs defeated the Prince George Posse 12 - 5 to claim the tournament’s U17 B Division gold medal.

The Mustangs had a perfect record at the tournament, winning all four of their games leading up to the gold medal victory.
The Mustangs won their first game on Friday versus the Calgary Hornets 14 - 5.
Saturday saw the Mustangs winning two games.
The Mustangs defeated the High River Heat 10 - 3 over the lunch hour.
During the supper hour the Mustangs won their second game of the day shouting out the Calgary Knights 9 - 0.
On Sunday the Mustangs defeated the Okotoks Raiders 9 - 3 on their way to Monday’s gold medal game.
