Woitas Leads Flyers With Four Goal Effort

It was a big Sunday afternoon for the Milestone U18A Female Flyers after they shook of the illness cobwebs that dogged them during Friday evening’s loss to bounce back with an 8 - 1 victory over top of the visiting Prairie Ice.
The game was super sweet for Kya Woitas who netted four goals on the outing. Woitas has been buzzing opponents goals all season and the hard work finally paid off.

The scoring opened at 4:44 of the First Period when Woitas scored an unassisted goal.
The Second Period saw the Flyers Callie Callaghan score at 15:37 assisted by Allison Duncan.
Kaleigh McCann scored at 14:34 assisted by Mallory Tendler.
The Prairie Ice broke the shutout Layla Rapchalk goal unassisted at 11:02.
The Third Period saw Woitas score at 17:31 assisted by Sadie McFadden.
McFadden would score an unassisted goal at 17:07.
The Flyers Kaleigh McCann would score an unassisted powerplay goal at 15:28.
Woitas would score for the Flyers at 13:50 assisted by Eva Harker and Callaghan.
Woitas scored an unassisted short handed goal for the Flyers with nine seconds remaining to round out the game.
Flyers next home game is Friday December 15th at 8pm.
