Dates And Times Announced For Junior/JV Girls Volleyball Championships

The venues, dates and times for the playoffs in junior girls as well as junior varsity high school volleyball have been announced.

Junior Girls - Peacock Collegiate on November 1st

The junior girls volleyball city championships will be held at Peacock Collegiate.

Games get underway at 5:30 PM when it will be an all Central Collegiate match up as fourth place Central Cyclones Red will take on fifth place Central Cyclones Gold in a quarterfinal match up.

At approximately 6:30 PM third place Cornerstone Christian School Falcons will face sixth place Peacock Toilers Green in the second quarter final match up.

At approximately 6:30 PM first place Peacock Toilers Orange face the lowest remaining seed from the two previous quarter finals in the semi final match up.

The Vanier Spirits will face the remaining quarter final winner at approximately 6:30 PM in the second semi finals matchup.

The two winners of the semi finals will face each other for the city championship at approximately 7:30 PM.


Junior Varsity Girls - Peacock Collegiate on November 1st

The junior varsity girls volleyball city championships will be held at Riverview Collegiate.

Games get underway at 5:30 PM on court one as fourth place Riverview Royals will take on fifth place Notre Dame Hounds in a quarterfinal match up.

At approximately 6:30 PM first place Rouleau will will face the winner of the quarterfinal match up between Riverview and the Notre Dame Hounds on court one.

Over on court two approximately 6:30 PM regular season second place Avonlea faces the third place Central Butte Bulldogs in semifinal match up.

The two winners of the semi finals will face each other for the city championship at approximately 7:30 PM.

A friendly reminder

As this is no longer regular season play, there is an admission fee will be charged.

Admission is five dollars for adults and three dollars for students.
