City Says Work Necessary - Money Saved - Others Not So Sure....

Not replacing the non-existent cast iron water main on the 1300 block of 1st Avenue NW is actually a good thing and using a hydrovac to see what was actually underground saved money the City says.

The response comes after numerous people told MJ Independent the work was unnecessary and cost taxpayers money they didn’t need to pay.
