Potomski Faces Weapons Charges Following Sunday Incident

Members of the Moose Jaw Police Service’s Criminal Investigation Section (CIS) and the Moose Jaw Crime Reduction Team (RCMP) executed a search warrant at a residence on the 400 block of Manitoba Street East.

This search warrant is in relation to a weapons call Police responded to on September 22, 2024, on an individual who was brandishing a firearm within the residence.

Within the residence, Police discovered and seized a sawed-off shotgun.

As a result, 42-year-old Jason Potomski is facing 10 gun-related offences. Potomski made his first appearance in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Tuesday, September 24, 2024.
