Male Arrested For Break And Enter Plus Assaulting Female Resident

On September 2, 2023 police attended to a break and enter in progress at a residence on the East Side of Moose Jaw.
Upon arrival police heard screaming inside the residence.
Police immediately entered and found a male assaulting a female. The male was taken into custody and the victim was treated by EMS for non-life-threatening injuries.
A 37-year-old male from Moose Jaw has been charged with Break & Enter and Commit Assault, the male was released from custody on conditions and will appear in court at a later date.
