Police To Receive Awards On Monday Morning

On Monday, June 26, 2023 at 10:30 a.m., six members of the Moose Jaw Police Service (MJPS) will be honoured with the presentation of the Police Exemplary Service Medal.

Five members will be receiving the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal.The presentations will be made by his Honour the Honourable Russ Mirasty, Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan.

Chief Rick Bourassa will make presentations to recently retired Police Service personnel.

The award ceremony will take place at the Performing Art Theatre (adjacent to the Moose Jaw Public Library in Crescent Park).

The public is invited to attend this event.
