Police Give Update On Pellet Gun Packing Pistolero

Logan Ferguson, 18, has been charged with one count of Discharging an Airgun with the Intent to Wound, and one count of Carrying a Weapon for a Purpose Dangerous to the Public Peace.

This is the result of an fireams-related incident that took place at a downtown Moose Jaw business on Monday afternoon October 30, 2023, that left one victim in hospital with non-life- threatening injuries .

The investigation determined that the victim received multiple facial wounds as a result of the incident.

Police also discovered that the fiream in question was an airgun that was capable of shooting pellets.

Ferguson has been remanded and will make his first appearance in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Wednesday November 1, 2023.
