Paving To Start On Wood Lily Drive

It’s a street known for its ups and downs but starting today the City will be repaving a section of Wood Lily Drive to help smooth things out.

Starting today the repaving will start from the south entrance of Buttercup Crescent to the south entrance of Dahlia Crescent.

Work will begin on the northbound or east lane with two-way traffic in place.

Once the northbound lane is completed, projected to be the end of day August 13, work will switch to the southbound lane, with two-way traffic will be in place.

Southbound lane paving is expected to begin August 14 and be completed Tuesday, August 18, 2020, weather permitting.

All businesses in the area will be open and Detour signs will be posted.

As usual the City asks motorists to obey signage and exercise caution in construction zones.
