Health Authority Asks Rally Attendees To Immediately Self Isolate
If you were up north for a snowmobile rally at Christopher Lake on March 14th between 2 pm - 10 pm the Saskathewan Health Authority (SHA) is asking that you go into immediate self isolation.
The request comes after two people who attended the event tested positive for Covid - 19. One of the people who tested positive was serving at the rally. The rally was put on by the Lakeland Snowmobile Club.
Organizers say that over 110 people attended the rally supper. Anyone who attended the supper needs to self isolate immediately, the SHA has requested. If you think this affects you please contact 811.
It should be noted that the rally was held the day after the province announced events could not be attended by more than 250 people. The order came into effect on March 16th.
