Outdoor Pool Closed Until Further Notice

Citing water clarity issues the City of Moose Jaw has closed the Phyllis Dewar Outdoor Pool until further notice.

No reasons were given for what caused the charity issues at the Outdoor Pool which was described as murky in the deep end by people who were turned away from swimming.

Additionally no time frame was given for an expected re-opening. Notifications will be posted when it is re-opened.

The hot temperatures had brought out large crowds to use the Outdoor Pool although this morning's record setting low of 4 Celsius may have affected attendance today.

The Kinsmen Sportsplex is available for public swimming daily from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
