Meili Goes West For New Chief Of Staff

In what could be called a move to fortify the provincial NDP or a refugee from the defeat in Alberta - depending on your political outlook - Dr Ryan Meili has gone west to recruit his new Chief of Staff.

Dr Meili has announced Adrienne King will serve as his new Chief of Staff. Previoulsy she was the Chief of Staff for Premier Rachel Notley in Alberta as well as Principal Secretary to Brian Mason the leader of the NDP while they were in opposition in Alberta.

“I’m thrilled to welcome Adrienne to the team,” Dr Meili said in a statement.

In a statement King emphasized she had worked with opposition leaders before and helped them come to power.
