CCRW Holds Open House To Help Others

What would you do as a person with a disability who was able to do a job and there was a small barrier stoppoing you finding meaningful employment? Who do you turn to?

Well help has returned to Moose Jaw officially as the Moose Jaw branch of the Canadian Council On Rehabilitation and Work (CCRW) held rheir Grand Re-Opening last week.

The CCRW is nationwide group which helps people witgh disabilities and others facing barriers to better achieve their potential.

In Moose Jaw that includes not only helping people to get over those barriers and succeed at finding work and thereby building self esteem and self worth the CCRW also does a valuable service for employers by assisting them to find candidates for jobs they might have.

The CCRW offers employment services for job seekers with disabilities who are facing barriers to employment.

Working together with employers and communitbased organizations, this project is dedicated to help job seekers with disabilities findmeaningful and equitable employment.

For employers the CCRW provides suitable candidates for positons just being hired for or perhaps there are difficulties in finding and retaining a suitabe candidate.
