Full ticket refunds - 100 percent - will be provided to all ticket purchasers through the Cultural Centre.

The Culture Centre is able to do this quickly because their agreement with their ticket agency is that all monies for shows are turned over almost immediately to the venue.

Other venues, such as Mosaic Place, used a ticket agency where they held the money until after the event and then turned ticket revenue to the menu.

Tickets will be refunded depending how they were paid for.

Online and Phone Orders: A representative from the Moose Jaw Cultural Centre will be contacting those that purchased tickets online or over the phone to the performance, and refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

Box Office: Those that purchased tickets at the box office are invited to stop by the office Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

The reasons for the ultimate cancellation was two-fold.

Under the current federal COVID - 19 pandemic measures the US - Canada border remains to all but essential travel. There has been no indication when the restrictions will ultimately be lifted. The bam has been renewed on numerous occasions.

At secondly ar the present time the Re-Start Saskatchewan plan restricts the number of attendees to theatres.

Under these restrictions the Moose Jaw Cultural Centre's Mae Wilson Theatre is only able to accommodate 75 audience members. Less than one quartet of its seating capacity.

In the press release there was no mention if there were plans to re-book the act after the pandemic measures are relaxed.

The Cultural Centre would like to express it’s thanks to ticket holders for their patience.
