Moose Jaw Lacrosse Players Representing Saskatchewan In Major International Tournament
With the Canadian box lacrosse championships being held in Regina this week seemingly garnering all of the attention in the sport there’s another major lacrosse tournament going on with a strong Moose Jaw connection in the U15 squad.
In Oakville, Ontario three Moose Jaw lacrosse players Bentley Messer, Avery Neilson and Brett Bowerin are competing on the Saskatchewan Junior Rush team in the National Lacrosse league (NLL) Annual Tournament. The team is playing in the U15 division.
The tournament is one of the biggest in North America and draws high calibre talent.
The tournament features teams from across North America. As well as a skills camp to help improve lacrosse as a sport for all tournament participants.

So far the Saskatchewan team has played one game a 6 - 1 loss to a Pather City team out of Fort Worth, Texas.
In their second game Saskatchewan Rush lost 17 - 1 versus Calgary.

The tournament draws teams from across North America as far away as San Diego, Las Vegas and Fort Worth to name a few.
