Train Derailment Leads To Closed Streets

Emergency crews including the Moose Jaw Police Service were on site to what is believed to be a train collision in the CPR yards.

Details are not complete but the MJPS initially closed a number of streets on South Hill to prevent access to the area. At 7:20 am the police presence was non-existent.

Workers could be seen examining the incident and not wearing specialized breathing equipment.
