Vikings Win Chess Match Versus Steelers - Photo Feature Game
The Moose Jaw Vikings opened the season on Friday evening with a 36 - 0 victory over the visiting Swift Current Steelers in U14 division action in the Kinsmen Moose Jaw Minor Football League.
Despite the lopsided victory the Steelers came into town to play and in the early going remained close to the Vikings.
The game itself was a sidelines coaching chess match as the two teams coaches put their charges through their strategic paces. With the Vikings emerging victorious.
