Sunningdale Battles Palliser Heights in Classic Rivalry

The classic Sunningdale/Palliser Heights rivalry was satiated on Tuesday evening when the two boys' Basketball teams met for the third time in a matter of two weeks.

The Sunningdale Grizzlies had won the first game at a tournament in Swift Current, then Palliser Heights Huskies evened the score, beating them on the weekend, at the Moose Jaw Invitational.

Like the first two games, the rubber match was a nail-biter, in which both team's experienced highs and lows.

But it was Palliser Heights who won in the end, escaping with a 51-41 victory.

Hudson Belsher led the scoring for Palliser Heights with 15 points and Caleb Artavia scored 10.

Dylan Ward scored 18 for Sunningdale.
