Cyclones Tame Toilers - Photo Feature Game
The second feature of the biggest night in local high school basketball featured the Peacock Toilers senior girls team versus their rivals the Central Cyclones.
Going into the game the Toilers were in third place in the Moose Jaw city league senior girls division by one game with a 4 - 3 record while the Cyclones were in fourth place with a 3 - 4 record. So a victory was important to both teams.
In the end the Cyclones defeated the Toilers 40 - 35.
The score at the end of the First Quarter was Cyclones 8 and the Toilers 6.
The score at Halftime was Cyclones 20 and the Toilers 12.
The score at the end of the Third Quarter was Cyclones 29 and Toilers 20.
The Final Score was Cyclones 40 and the Toilers 35.
