Hrechka Places Third In Senior Girls Singles At High School Badminton Regionals

City league and district senior girls singles badminton champion Kiana Hrechka came up just short of advancing to the provincial finals after winning the bronze medal at regionals playdowns in Regina on Saturday.
The grade ten Cornerstone Christian School student has dominated girls singles play last two years first as a grade nine (bantam division) player in 2022, winning gold, as well as winning gold in senior girls singles city league and districts in 2023.
