Spirits And Cyclones Provincial Schedules Set
The top ten 4A high school senior girls volleyball teams are set to square off in the provincial finals this Friday and Saturday at Vanier Collegiate.
The two Moose Jaw teams in the hunt for the provincial crown are the Vanier Spirits and the Central Cyclones.
Vanier as the host club gets an automatic entry into the tournament but the Spirits did not simply walk into the final hunt for the hardware.
The Spirits won their regionals last weekend and are ranked number one in Pool A.
The Cyclones are in Pool B competition facing such powerhouses as North Battleford’s John Paul II and Nipawin.
Games will be played at Vanier Collegiate and Peacock Collegiate.
The tournament kicks off at noon on Friday.

Vanier Spirits Schedule
Vanier will open the tournament at noon on Friday facing Melville at Vanier Collegiate.
The Spirits second game will be at 2 pm on Friday when they face the Lumsden Angels.
At 5 pm the Spirits once again hit home court at Vanier Collegiate as they take on Humboldt.
On Saturday the Spirits complete their Pool A play taking on Martensville (please note the venue) at Peacock Collegiate.
Pool B - Central Cyclones

Central Cyclones Schedule
Central will open the tournament at noon on Friday facing Nipawin at Peacock Collegiate.
The Cyclones next game is 3 pm when they face Regina Luther once again at Peacock Collegiate.
The Cyclones third Pool B game is at 6 pm at Peacock Collegiate when they take on North Battleford powerhouse John Paul II Collegiate.
The Cyclones complete Pool B play taking on Meadow Lake at 11 am on Saturday at Vanier Collegiate.
Team’s standings at the end of pool play determine not only whether or not to be in the playoffs, but who they will face in the playoffs.
The playoffs get underway at 12:30 PM on Saturday.
