Led by forwards Jordyn Vermeulen and Mallory Tendler who each scored two goals the Flyers managed to move ahead and never look back on the scoreboard.

The Flyers and the Rebels each had one minor penalty in the period - both teams were able to successfully kill the other team’s powerplay.
The Third Period saw Vermeulen score her second goal of the game - third of the season - at the 16:18 mark assisted by McKenna Perras.
The final goal for the Flyers was scored by Tendler at the 00:42 second mark to end any chances of a Rebels last minute comeback.
