Pee Wee Mavericks In Playoff Action This Weekend

If you happen to miss the Moose Jaw Bantam A Mavericks on Saturday afternoon or if you want to catch two great games of playoff hockey here locally this weekend then there is a game you might be interested in on Sunday morning.

At 11 am Sunday at the Red Knight Arena the Moose Jaw Pee Wee Mavericks will be playing game two in the best of three final for the Southern Saskatchewan Championship against the Weyburn Canadian Tire Angels in Saskatchewan Female Hockey League Action.

The Pee Wee Mavericks enter the final round in the southern championship after defeating the Southwest Cyclones in Gull Lake last weekend in double overtime.

The Pee Wee Mavericks play game one in Weyburn at Crescent Point Place on Saturday at 2:45 pm.

Game three, if necessary, goes March 26th at 8:30 pm in Weyburn at Crescent Point Place.

The Moose Jaw game is free to attend and team is hoping for a large turnout to cheer them on as they could win the championship on local ice.
