8 Moose Jaw Wrestlers Qualify for Provincials

Eight wrestlers from Moose Jaw's Kinsmen Wrestling Club made the cut at Regionals placing in the top four in Swift Current this weekend. Now they prepare for their biggest challenge of the season wrestling provincials in Saskatoon next weekend.
Kyle Yamniuk, from AE Peacock took first place, becoming Regional Champion in the male 59kg weight class. Here's what you need to know about this kid; he has quite literally dominated every ounce of competition that's been thrown his way in 2018. He went undefeated at the 2018 Saskatchewan Games in North Battleford and took him the gold medal and now here he is winning the region. The kid's a straight-up killer.
Dylan Yamniuk, who must be Kyle's brother can wrestle too. He took took 2nd place in the male 69kg weight class. Dylan also attends AE Peacock.
Kassandra Loucks, also from AE Peacock, took 2nd place in the female 68kg weight class.
Justin Wiens from AE Peacock took place 2nd in the male 56kg weight class. Justin also took part in the 2018 Saskatchewan Games, where he won a couple of big matches and helped his team secure the Team Bronze medal.
Myra Szabo from AE Peacock took 3rd place in the female 80kg weight class.
Tristan Kuntz from AE Peacock took 3rd place in the male 65kg weight class.
Ethan La Rose from AE Peacock took 4th place in the male 69kg weight class
Brayden Johnson of Central Collegiate took 4th in the male 82kg weight class.
Let's see if they can repeat some of that success at Provincials
