The move came after Council tabled third reading to allow the property to be re-developed into a five Plex residential multiple unit.
Tabling the final vote until September 11th was to allow more consultation between residents and the developer.
Neighbours are concerned and oppose the development and that they have not received any further consultation.
Legally, under existing rules, the developer does not have to participate in further consultations on the proposed zoning amendments
