Three Face Weapons Charges

On February 5, 2025, the Moose Jaw Police Service conducted a search warrant at a residence within a Moose Jaw trailer court.

As a result of the search, police located a firearm and charged three individuals.

Zackery Marckoski, 30, Rodney Hafner, 36, and Krista Leflar, 38, have all been charged with numerous weapons offences including:

-possession of a prohibited firearm without a license

-possession of a prohibited device

-unsafe storage of a firearm

-possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose

-possession of a firearm with the serial number removed

In addition to these charges, Hafner and Marckoski have also been charged with multiple counts of breach of a weapons prohibition order. Marckoski was on five court ordered weapon prohibitions at this time while Hafner was on two.

All three individuals have made their first appearance in Moose Jaw Provincial Court and have been remanded.
