Man Arrested For Endangering Child

On August 15, 2023 the Moose Jaw Police service attended to the East side of the city for a report of a suspect running in and out of traffic while pushing a baby stroller.
Upon arrival the suspect refused to stop for police and ran head on into oncoming traffic.
With the assistance of the public, the suspect was stopped near an East side business.
The suspect was arrested with assistance from the public and the 4-year old child was not inured in the incident. The suspect was transported to hospital for assessment.
The 29 year old male is charged with assault, unlawfully endangering a child's life and resist arrest.
He will appear in provincial court at a later date. Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the occurence.
