Adams Facing Further Charges After Home Invasion

Joshua Bradley Adams has futher been charged with Possession of Fentanyl, Possession of Cocaine, Failure to Comply with a Release Order, and Possession of Propety Obtained by Ctime under $5000.

The charges were added at Adams’ last court appearance on September 27, 2023.

These additional charges are in relation to a home invasion that took place on September 13, 2023, where Adams and Gill Ryan Pereault attacked an individual, who was known to them, with a knife and shotgun.

On September 14, while the Police were executing a search warant in relation to the September 13 offence, investigators discovered and seized a large quantity of Fentanyl and Cocaine at Adams’ residence, which led to these additional charges.

Adams remains in Police custody and will make his next appearance in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on October 4, 2023, for a show cause hearing.
