Weekly Residential Garbage Collection Starts June 1st

The big news of the day is tomorrow is the last day for bi-weekly residential garbage pickup. Commencing June 1st the City of Moose Jaw will be collecting garbage on a weekly basis.

Weekly residential garbage collection this year will run until the end of October instead of September after Council decided to extend the end date.

Council additionally discussed starting weekly residential solid waste collection starting on May 1st but decided to not extend the start date for weekly collection.
