Alleged Animal Cruelty Case Adjourned Until February 15th

An alleged act of animal cruelty has once again been adjourned for resolution between the Crown and the Defense.

The case involving former Moose Jaw and now Vibank resident Robyn Ashley St. Laurent.

“That’s a matter we would be in a position to resolve today but that is not the case,” Defence counsel Adam Fritzler told Court over the telephone.

Judge Darryl Rayner said the next court date would be where St Laurent would be entering a plea - guilty or not guilty.

“We will be working our way through it on that day counsellor,” Judge Rayner said before adjourning the matter.

St Laurent is facing a criminal charge, provincial charge plus a failure appear on the incident which allegedly took place over two years ago.
