Aftermath Of A Major Accident During Monday's Storm

Earlier on Tuesday afternoon crews were on hand cleaning up an accident that involved 20 vehicles which occurred late Monday afternoon during the storm.

The accident happened in the west bound lane of the Trans Canada Highway between the Main Street and Thatcher Drive West entrances to the highway.

Although the cause of the accident is yet to be disclosed the roads were reported as icy by motorists at the time as wet snow and winds created ice on highways and roads within the city.
