SHA Issues Alert About Potential Exposure In Regina
If you have been shopping in Regina at the end of July the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) has issued a release about the potential of contracting COVID - 19 in three businesses in the Queen City.
The SHA says the risk of transmission to the general public is presently considered low, but they are advising members of the public who visited the following locations to self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19 for 14 days from the last date they visited the store:
July 29 - Walmart – Harbour Landing location from approximately 9 to 9:30 a.m.
July 30 - Bismillah Halal Meat and Groceries, 4614 Albert St. from 8:15 to 8:30 p.m.
July 30 - Real Canadian Superstore – Golden Mile location from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m.
The alert was issued as part of contact tracing and in these three incidents where not everyone who could have been in contact with an individual who has tested positive can be determined.
