Reader's Question - Why Did Mosaic Place Need My Personal Information?
In our efforts to assist our readers we have set out to have your questions answered. Today's questions are about the cancelled ZZ Top concert and ticket holders attempts to get refunds.
Originally scheduled for May 10, 2020 the ZZ Top concert had to be cancelled.
Seeking refunds and answers to when they are getting their refunds and why the need for personal information three readers asked us the following:
When will our money be refunded?
Why does Mosaic Place need not only our bills but also copies of our identification?
What happens to our personal information now?
Well after weeks of trying to get the answers we received the following from Craig Hemingway communications manager for the City of Moose Jaw.
“Mosaic Place requested the customer information because at the time there was a need to have a contingency plan in place for the issue of refunds.
That will not be necessary and all of the personal information collected by Mosaic Place has been destroyed.
Ticket Rocket has reached out to ticket purchasers to arrange refunds.”
