City Provides Daily Covid - 19 Measures Update

MOOSE JAW – The City of Moose Jaw continues to hold daily meetings with our Emergency Measures team related to our efforts to stop the potential spread of COVID-19.

At Wednesday’s meeting we were joined by officials from the Moose Jaw Public Health office, who gave feedback on City initiatives (facility closures, providing essential services) and how best to handle employee health concerns related to job duties.

The Provincial government has declared a State Of Emergency, and the City of Moose Jaw continues to abide by those guidelines and other recommendations from the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) related to controlling the spread of COVID-19.

The City urges all residents to heed recommendations from the province and SHA for everyone’s safety.

The City has not implemented any further operational changes at this time.
