Former Private School Board Member Wanted On Sex Related Charges

A former director of a Moose Jaw based independent school has a warrant out for his arrest for child sex related charges.

Joseph Edward Robin Beutle, a founding director of Kids in Motion Independent School Incorporated, a Moose Jaw based school for special needs and disabled children, is according to the Swift Current Crown Prosecutors Office wanted on charges of Sexual Assault and Touching a Person Under the Age of 16 for Sexual Purposes. The alleged incidents took place in 2017 but did not occur in Moose Jaw nor involve any of the children at the school.

The warrant for Beutle’s arrest was issued on July 23rd, 2018 in Swift Current after his lawyer told the court he was unable to locate his client.

It needs to be noted that until the charges are proven in a court of law the suspect in the case is to be considered innocent.

Since the charges involve a child under 16 years of age they carry an automatic minimum one year sentence up to 14 year maximum incarceration in a federal penitentiary.

MJ Independent will not name the community the alleged incidents took place in - other than to say they did not happen in Moose Jaw - in order to protect the victim or victims of the alleged crime.

According to non-profit corporate filings obtained from Information Services Corporation (ISC) Beutle was listed as a director of the Kids in Motion Independent School Incorporated at the time it was incorporated on June 29, 2017.

According to a filing with the Saskatchewan Corporate Registry Beutle was removed as a director of the non-profit on December 15, 2017 with the notice of the change of directors taking place on January 11, 2018. He is still listed as member of the corporation in a recently obtained profile report from the Saskatchewan Corporation Registry.

Beutle was criminally convicted for a January 2018 firearms related incident. He fired a gun in a home in front of a woman and child, and was subsequently convicted to house arrest.

Beutle was featured in a November 8, 2018 Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers report where his mother Tammy Beutle-Spilchuk and Executive Director of Kids in Motion and the now defunct Jobransa Foundation For Children and Jobransa Centre thanked people for sharing the Facebook posting to help bring her son home so he could receive treatment for drug addiction.

The same documents filed with the Saskatchewan Corporate Registry additionally list the Jobransa Centre as providing rental space for Kids In Motion Independent School Incorporated as well as providing the clientele to obtain free summer programs.

It needs to be noted that both the Jobransa Foundation For Children and Jobransa Centre and Kids In Motion Independent School Incorporated are separate non-profit corporate entities. The Jobransa Centre and Kids In Motion have existed at the same time. Although the Jobransa Centre is no longer in operation.

Beutle, according to sources close to him (non-police or justice), is additionally wanted on firearms related charges but has yet to appear in relation to the allegations surrounding those charges. He is likewise to be considered innocent of these allegations until being proven guilty in a court of law.

MJ Independent has previously attempted to secure an interview with Tammy Beutle-Spilchuk (Tammy Spilchuk) in a public location, by telephone or by emailed questions regarding this and other issues surrounding Kids in Motion and Jobransa but she declined to do so.
