Despite being named the worst road in Saskatchewan in a recent Canadian Automobile Association online poll High Street West is still home to a lot of great businesses and they would like people to know they are still open for business.

To assist the High Street businesses and let people know that the street is indeed open for business, MJ Independent dropped in and asked businesses what services and goods they offered.

We have decided to feature one block at a time that the City of Moose Jaw news releases say will see some construction on. Today we feature the 300 block of High Street West.

All businesses provided contact information and said they are more than willing if necessary to provide directions to get around construction for those worried about access. All it takes is a call, email or direct message via Facebook to contact them.

Many have limited parking in the alley or are just a short walk from the corner. Give them a call for access directions.

It needs to be noted that on Tuesday afternoon the entire stretch of High Street West was open.
