First Responders Collecting Winter Clothing

The four first responder agencies - Moose Jaw Police Service, Moose Jaw Fire Department, Moose Jaw RCMP and Medavie Health Services West - are coming together to “Fill The Squad Car”.

The event will collect gently used winter clothing for those in need.

“It means a lot to me to organize this event and come together with other first responder here in Moose Jaw to collect clothing for those in need this winter,” Cst. Hoffman with the Community and Strategic Services Unit.

Jackets, boots, scarves, mitts, toques are the most sought after items but other warm clothing is accepted.

The warm items will be distributed by the John Howard Society.

Donations may be left in the lobby of the four first responder organization.
