Lemonade Stands To Help Pay For Wrap Up Parties

If you want to help out the children attending this year's Summer playground program there a couple of lemonade stands being set up on August 2nd with the heat just might hit the spot.

The kids participating in the City of Moose Jaw’s Eastend Park Program will be raising money for a pizza party and Grand Finale event scheduled for August 15.

A lemonade stand will be set up at Bell Park on Friday, August 2 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

A lemonade stand will also be set up in front of Empire School on Friday, August 2 from 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. to raise money for the Grand Finale event as well as the Optimist Park field trip outings.

Each Summer the City of Moose Jaw's Parks and Recreation Department hosts programs throughout the city where children gather for supervised games and fun. The program has been running for over 50 years.
