Stealth U17 Win Provincial Lacrosse Gold
The South Saskatchewan Stealth U17 lacrosse team are provincial A league champions after defeating Saskatoon SWAT 4 - 3 in double overtime.
Moose Jaw’s Lachlan Clark scored two goals, including the overtime winner, leading the Stealth’s offence.

The first period saw the Stealth squad get the first goal of the game when Lachlan Clark scored at 18:29. The assist went to Chase Folk.
SWAT tied the game at 1 - 1 when James Mahussier scored at 7:12.
Stealth took the lead at 6:38 when Ryder Gilroy scored assisted by Carter Hudyma.
SWAT rounded out the scoring when Xavier Grona scored an unassisted goal at 3:34.
The second period saw Stealth take the lead when Ryder Glory scored at 15:44 assisted by Samuel Wilson.
The third period saw SWAT tie the game 3 - 3 when Sam Maxim scored at 7:45.
The game went into sudden death overtime until 3:38 of the fifth period when Lachlan Clark scored an unassisted goal.
The Stealth team is made up of players from rural areas and smaller centres - including Moose Jaw - in southern Saskatchewan.
