WHL Season Starts September 20th With Warriors In Brandon
The Western Hockey League has announced its’ schedule of games for the 2024-25 WHL Regular Season.
The season will see all of the 22 WHL teams play a full 68 game season.
The regular season starts on Friday September 20th and ends on Sunday March 23, 2025.
For the Moose Jaw Warriors the season will start in Brandon on September when they will be taking on the Wheat Kings.
The Warriors home opener will be Saturday September 21st against the Prince Albert Raiders. At the home opener the Warriors will raise a banner commemorating their Ed Chynoweth Cup championship as WHL league champion in 2023 - 2024.
The 2024-25 WHL Regular Season will see the Swift Current Broncos shift from the Central Division back to the East Division. The Broncos have been competing as part of the WHL’s Central Division since the 2021-22 season.
