Three Local Students Place In Top Ten At Provincial Heritage Fair

Three Moose Jaw and area students projects placed in the top ten at the 2024 Provincial Heritage Fair including this year’s top project.

Rinoa Harthe Agravante a Grade 6 student from Moose Jaw placed third with the project - The Burgess Shale : Strange Creatures of Canada .

Aggravate received the Saskatchewan Archaeological Society Prize.

Tristan de Jager a Grade 5 student from Caronport was tenth with their project - Pier 21: The Gateway to Canada .

The Provincial Heritage Fair was held on June 5 at Government House and had ten finalists from the local Moose Jaw Heritage Fair attend.

The event drew 53 students Grade 4 - Grade 8 participate.
