UPDATE - Industrial Accident Claims 26 Year Old Man’s Life
An industrial accident during the lunch hour has claimed the life of a 26 year old man.
In a Moose Jaw Police Service (MJPS) press release it was stated that the MJPS, Moose Jaw Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services were at approximately 12:40 PM. Upon arrival of the emergency services the 26 year old man was declared deceased.

No details have been released regarding the circumstances behind how the 26 year old man was killed other than it was an accident. The MJPS release stated that the death was not considered suspicious in nature.
The Moose Jaw Police Service is assisting the Saskatchewan Coroners Service and Saskatchewan Occupational Health and Safety, as they continue to investigate this workplace incident the news release stated.
Although the location of the industrial accident has not been released the MJPS and other emergency services were on location of Brandt Industries new trailer manufacturing facility on Diefenbaker Drive. The main facility on the location for years was the Phillips Cable plant.

The accident, because of where the MJPS were gathered and flying a drone overhead, was likely in the new outdoor storage yard. Although that has not been officially confirmed.
The family of the 26 year old man have been notified and no name has been released at this time.
