Highway To Heroes Car Show - A Photo Story

The seventh annual Highways To Heroes car show was held on Saturday.

The car show is sponsored by the Friends of The Forces Fellowship. The Fellowship’s role is helping to integrate local military personnel with the community - to welcome them and make them feel they are part of the community.

The car show is a fundraiser but also an opportunity for the community to come out and meet local members of the military.

Despite the heat dozens of cars were entered in this year’s show.

Proceeds from the event go to assist military families, veterans and charities in the community.

But the event was much more than proceeds to help it was a tangible way to express the importance military members have to the community.

Here is a look through pictures at some of the sights at the event.
