Peacock Defeats Vanier In Emotional Game - photo feature game

A larger than normal crowd came out on Monday evening to watch the Peacock Toilers defeat the Vanier Vikings Red team 61 - 53 in junior boys high school basketball action.

Peacock took an eight point lead after the end of the first quarter and were able to maintain it throughout the remainder of the game.

In the second half of play the Peacock lead ranged from 11 to 8 points.

The First Quarter score was Peacock 20 - Vanier 12.

The score at Half Time was Peacock 31 - Vanier 25.

The score at the end of the Third Quarter was Peacock 48 - Vanier 35.

The Final Score was Peacock 61 - 53.
