All Accused Now Arrested
A pair of individuals wanted in relation to a November criminal incident where charges were laid against four other co-accused including Forcible Confinement, Robbery and Extortion are now in custody.
Both Morgan Maier and Joseph MacDougall have been taken into custody, and both made their first court appearance in Moose Jaw earlier this morning.
The alleged incident had six individuals allegedly pull an individual out of their vehicle, taken to a nearby residence where they were threatened.
The MJPS through a release stated the seven individuals knew one another and the incident was not random in nature.
Late last week, an executed search warrant by the MJPS’s Criminal Investigation Section and Community Policing Division resulted in Jeffery Stuart, 37, Jeremy Fisher, 44, and Marnie Hayter, 47, being taken into custody and charged with one count each of Robbery, Forcible Confinement, and Extortion.
A fourth accused Owen Kretsch, 43, who was wanted turned himself in to the Police and first appeared in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Monday, December 4, 2023.
