High School Senior Girls Playoff Schedule Announced

This week it’s playoff time in the Moose Jaw city high school senior girls volleyball league.

QUARTER FINALS

The quarterfinals will feature four teams battling on Thursday November 2nd hoping to advance to the semifinal match ups on Tuesday, November 7th.

Both regular season first place Vanier Spirits and the second place Peacock Toilers have a bye directly into the semi finals.

BCA versus CCI

The regular season sixth place Briercrest Christian Academy Cougars (BCA) will travel to face the third place Central Cyclones (CCI) at Central Collegiate.

The Cougars and Cyclones square off at 7 PM on November 2nd at Central Collegiate.

THE PLAYOFF BRACKET AS PROVIDED BY THE LEAGUE

ND versus CCS

The regular season fifth place Notre Dame Hounds will tangle with the fourth place Cornerstone Christian School Falcons (CCS).

The game will be played November 2nd at the CCS gymnasium with a 6:20 PM start.

Immediately following the high school senior girls match at 8 PM there will be a senior boys quarterfinal match up between CCS and Avonlea.

SEMI FINALS

The first place Vanier Spirits team will host the lowest remaining seed after Quarter finals.

The game will be played at Vanier Collegiate on Tuesday November 7th starting at 6:20 pm.

The second place Peacock Toilers team will host the highest remaining seed after Quarter finals.

The game will be played at Peacock Collegiate on Tuesday November 7th starting at 6:20 pm.

THE FINALS

The championship final match will be played between the two winners of the November 7th semifinal matchups.

As has been done traditionally the Moose Jaw city league high school senior girls volleyball championship will be played at Sask Polytechnic’s gymnasium.

The championship match will be played on Tuesday November 14th with a 7 PM start.

A REMINDER

Volleyball city league officials would like to remind everyone that playoffs are not free to spectators.

There will be a nominal charge $5 per adult and $3 for high school students. Children are our admitted for free.

The playoff charge is used to help pay for expenses of running the league.
